Program description: When you place an order with Cardinal Building for customer pickup, we send and receive SMS messages with you to coordinate your arrival, confirm vehicle details, and provide real-time status while our team prepares your material. Messages are sent by a member of our operations team.
How to join: You are enrolled when you or the Cardinal Building sales representative handling your order provides your mobile number for the purpose of coordinating a pickup.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive messages only during an active pickup, from when your order is ready until you leave our yard.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any further SMS messages. If you want to rejoin, provide your number to your sales representative again.
