Inside Sales
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers in person and over the phone—providing quotes, processing orders, and building strong relationships. We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals with strong communication and organizational skills (industry knowledge is a PLUS, but not required).
Warehouse
Starting at $18/hr
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll handle stocking, pulling orders, processing returns, and keeping the warehouse organized. We’re looking for hardworking team players who can lift 50–100 lbs and bring a positive attitude (forklift training provided, experience a PLUS but not required).
CDL Driver
Starting at $23/hr
As a CDL Driver at Cardinal Building Materials, you’ll deliver materials safely and efficiently while sometimes leading a crew and assisting with warehouse operations. We’re looking for professional, team-oriented drivers with a valid CDL, strong work ethic, and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs (forklift training provided, industry experience a PLUS but not required).
Roof Loader/Labor
Starting at $18/hr
As a Roof Loader at Cardinal Building Materials, you’ll assist CDL Drivers by safely loading, unloading, and placing materials on job sites. We’re looking for hardworking, team-oriented individuals who can lift 50–100 lbs and bring a positive attitude every day (training provided, experience a PLUS but not required).
